Delivery

We deliver to addresses across South Africa using your choice of PUDO Locker-to-Locker or Courier Guy, selected at checkout. Delivery is free on orders over R1,500.00.

Since the exact locker size or parcel weight is only confirmed once your order is packed, checkout charges a safe upfront estimate — PUDO at R120.00 and Courier Guy at R200.00. If the actual cost turns out lower, we refund the difference to your original payment method once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are sourced and dispatched within 3-5 business days once payment reflects successfully through our payment gateway, and you'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way. Delivery timelines quoted by our courier partners are estimates and are not guaranteed by Bargain Buys.

On rare occasions a supplier may be out of stock on an item after payment. If that happens, we'll refund you in full within 24-48 hours rather than substitute or delay your order.

Returns

If you need to return an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your exchange or refund promptly — refunds are paid back to your original payment method.
